I love this idea! I think I'll begin with the June prompts.... I know I may sound like an "add-on queen" but this would be very cool as an APP for a smart-device. The prompts could pop up each day as a reminder to take a moment to journal.... Anyway, love the idea--very cool indeed!

Ahhh - I love Emily's page - I've been a fan of Emily Pitts since Simple Scrapbooks - she did a couple layouts - one about a big spoon and another about big buttons that I particularly remember.

***

My approach to margins is that often times I do leave a margin on the page and don't run my photos to the edge with the exception of enlarged photos.

I've never really considered the "full bleed" approach when it comes to 4x6 photos. I'll have to review to see if I do this, I don't think I do. But I'm going to try it.

Thanks!

The May list wasn't titled very clearly but I've fixed it. When you click "Series > 5 Yr Album" on the navigation bar, you'll see all the posted articles with a clear title on which month the prompts are for.

I love this idea. Some of my pages have very minimal journaling but other pages are almost purely journaling. I never worry too much about this because I know in my albums there is a mixture and I think the variety makes the albums more interesting. And I like the freedom of not having the mindset of thinking I "have" to do a big story on every page. Sometimes the 5Ws are enough. Great article!
