Lise Mariann Alsli
Lise Mariann is a Norwegian scrapbooker living in Trondheim with her husband, daughter and two cats. She is an archaeologist and very passionate about the past. Lise Mariann says, “I scrapbook because I want to preserve the memories and the story behind ordinary things and make people see the extraordinary behind the ordinary.”
Lise Mariann has been scrapbooking since fall 2004 and loves it! She also enjoys art journaling and recently has fallen in love with the randomness of smashbooks. “There is nothing better than sitting down at my scrapbooking table with piles of papers, flowers and collected treasures and let the creative juices flow.”

Sue lives in southeastern Michigan with her husband of 30+ years and two spoiled cats. She also has one grown son who is married. Sue has spent her days teaching piano lessons for over 20 years and loves working from home.
Sue started scrapbooking in 1999 after she took a trip to Israel and Egypt and came home with a plethora of pictures and memories. She knew she wanted to do something more than slap pictures in an album. After attending her first Creative Memories party –as they say, the rest is history! When Sue’s not teaching piano or scrapping, you might find her reading, knitting, watching NCIS, or rooting for her beloved Ohio State Buckeyes or Detroit Tigers – sometimes even doing several of these at once!
Andrea
Andrea is a mother to two children and lives in Central NJ. She has a son in Grad school and a daughter just about ready to go away to college. When capturing nature photography became a passion, scrapbooking just seemed to follow. Originally she was inspired by her sister in 2003 to start paper scrapbooking but due to lack of time a switch over to digital when she started working full time in 2008.
Get It Scrapped was one of the first digital scrapbooking places she discovered and throughout the years has continued to inspire and nurture her creativity. Andrea also offers tips on her blog along with some digital scrapbooking tutorials. She is thrilled to be part of the creative team here.

By trade Alexis is a freelance writer, editor, and corporate consultant. But digital scrapbooking made her realize that she is also an artist and storyteller. “Scrapbooking has expanded my thinking, my attitude towards change, and added an overall dash of awesome to my life.”
On those rare occasions that Alexis concedes to the reality that there’s more to life than pretty papers and elements, she enjoys reading, chair-dancing to Korean pop songs, and art journaling with *gasp* actual paint, pencils, and papers!

Carrie, originally from the Washington, D.C. suburbs, left her job in mental health to settle in sleepy Milton, Delaware eight years ago. She lives there with her husband, son and three naughty kitties. Currently, she is at home full-time educating her son. If she’s not at home, you can find her on her front porch chatting with her neighbor, walking her cat, James, or at the beach.
Ever since she was given her first 110 Kodak camera, Carrie’s been a collector of memories. She found traditional scrapbooking in 2001, after the birth of her son and complete one baby book. She traded scrapbooking for blinkie making in 2006, which is where she stumbled upon digital scrapbooking. She played with digi for several years before realizing how awesome it was to create and print layouts. Now she’s hopelessly in love with documenting her life.
Heather Awsumb
Heather is an American expat who grew up in Utah but has lived and worked in Southern Africa for seven of the last eight years. She currently lives in Lesotho – a small country completely surrounded by South Africa. In Lesotho her life resolves around work in international public health, her friends, her animals and hobbies like community theatre, playing the piano, hiking and generally being outdoors.
Heather has been scrapbooking since high school and remembers using the computer to make titles as early as the late 1990s. She officially switched from paper to digital during grad school in 2008 when it was easier to hit “Cmd+Tab“ to switch between creating and studying than it was to clean up physical supplies. Heather loves color, patterns and storytelling and tries to use those elements well on her pages.
Brenda Becknell
Brenda makes her home in SW Ohio with her husband of 36 years. She has two grown children, one son-in-law, one granddaughter and a grandson due any time now. Brenda works full time as a sales manager for a steel company, and loves to spend her free time enjoying her family, reading, cooking, scrapbooking, quilting and going on motorcycle trips with her husband.
Brenda has been scrapbooking for about 14 years now. She has always been the “photo bug” in the family, so when she saw her first Creating Keepsakes show on a QVC Craft Day, she knew this would be the perfect hobby for her. Brenda loves the creative outlet that paper crafting provides for her and also loves knowing her stories are being saved for future generations .

Terry lives in a small rural community in South Texas with her husband, youngest son, and three fur babies (miniature dachshunds). She has five children all together and four grandchildren. Terry keeps busy managing a physician group, attending every and any kind sporting event (since her husband is a coach), golfing, traveling, and of course scrapping every chance she gets.
Terry started scrapbooking quite by accident in December 2007. She was purchasing scrapbooking supplies as a Christmas gift for her assistant and decided to buy two of everything. The scrapbooking bug bit her, however her paper days were short. After stumbling upon Designer Digitals and classes by Debbie Hodge and Paula Gilarde, it would be only about 6 months, before she went 100% digital. Terry loves recording memories whether it is of her grandchildren, children, sports, everyday life, or just the beauty of nature.
Susanne Brauer
Susanne is originally from St. Louis, Missouri but relocated to Indiana 28 years ago when she married a really great guy she met at work. They have two children, in their teens and twenties along with an adorable little dachshund. Susanne began dabbling with scrapbooking 13 years ago when she left the business world to stay at home while her children grew up.
About 4 years ago Susanne began blogging and taking online scrapbooking classes. She previously served on the design team for the Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog. Susanne also enjoys reading, especially mysteries and spy thrillers, listening to oldies and watching black and white movies – all of which give her ideas for layouts from time to time. Susanne says, “I live a mostly sweet and mostly simple life on the outskirts of town with ample time to document it by playing with paper and other “pretties”.

Barb is a wife, mother to two, and grandmother to five. She is passionate about digital scrapbooking, photography, and Photoshop. Barb started paper scrapping in 2003 and switched over to digital a short two years later. Since then scrapbooking has been the biggest creative outlet in her life and offers her a way to preserve her family memories but also to express herself artistically.
Photography is also a huge part of Barb’s life. She enjoys capturing her children and grandchildren, but truly loves landscape, flower, and wildlife photography. She gradually came to the realization that she loved to share what she had learned. As well as being on the Creative Team at Digital Scrapper, Barb also writes tutorials and articles for their blog. Barb’s other passions include spending time with her family, gardening, reading and travelling.
Marie-Pierre Capistran
Marie is a French-Canadian who has lived 12 years in Switzerland before moving to Connecticut. Although she’s a french teacher, she’s currently home with her two little girls ages 3 and 5.
Marie is an artist at heart and has been crafting for years. She enjoyed working with many different types of crafts including watercolor, paper cutting and calligraphy before she fell in love with memory keeping, which is now her biggest passion alongside photography and writing. This is Marie’s second year on the Get It Scrapped Creative Team.

Ronnie is an English girl living in Texas with two kids, two guinea pigs and a husband for company. Her family left England when her daughter was 18 months old with hopes of being back in time for her to start school. Now Ronnie and her family have been in Texas for 11 years and her daughter is sweet 16! Ronnie is a ”Work-From-Home Mum” with a bit more than a part-time job in association management. Not something she planned to do with her life but something she enjoys and fits in with her family commitments.
Scrapbooking has been Ronnie’s major hobby/stress management tool for over ten years now and she collected a room full of supplies and gadgets before transitioning exclusively to digital scrapbooking in 2010. Ronnie says, “My scrapbooks record my family life ‘warts and all’. My one rule as far as my scrapbooking is concerned is that I’m the Chief Executive Officer in Charge. So I decide how long to spend on a page, I decide which pictures and I decide what to scrapbook. It’s the one thing in my life I have complete control over.”
Anja De Dobbelaere
Anja is a Belguim woman with a daughter, a husband and a serious obsession with digital scrapbooking. Anja has always been creatively-inclined, though she originally took a different path out of high school as a secretary and language education specialist. As a result she speaks four languages Dutch (her mother tongue) , French, English and German.
After the birth of her daughter, Anja found her way back into the arts when she began studying graphic design and from there she stumbled into the world of digital scrapbooking, which combines two things she truly loves: Photoshop and Photography. When Anja’s not scrapbooking she can be found watching movies and her favorite TV series, reading Sci-Fi and Fantasy books or crocheting, which happens to be her latest addiction.
Adryane Driscoll
Adryane Driscoll is a digital scrapbooker living in Northern California. She is on the Creative Team for Anna Aspnes Designs. Somerset Digital Studios has twice featured Adryane as a spotlight artist. Her work has also been published in Somerset Memories, Creating Keepsakes, and Papers and Pixels.
Sian Fair
Sian lives in the UK with her husband and two teenage children. She has been making things since she first learned how to thread a needle; her first favourite cutting out project was her collection of paper dolls; and her passion for scrapbooking took hold in 2008 with the help of some of the very first classes at Get It Scrapped. Now she enjoys bringing elements of all the crafts she loves to her scrapbook pages.
Sian is a History graduate who is always happy to delve into the past and pull out a good story or two. When she isn’t scrapbooking, she can be found blogging, sewing, knitting or taking photographs. She has designed for several kit clubs and currently contributes to the UK magazine Scrap365.

Leah is a wife and mommy, who makes her home in the sunny, South Florida Metro Area. Leah has been crafting since she was a young child and in January of 2011 launched her own handmade craft business BluebirdChic.com. Aside from meeting her husband and starting their family, opening her own craft business has been one of the most exciting adventures of her life.
Leah scrapbooks for fun and has had the privilege of working with some of the best in the industry–sharing their products and inspiration. Leah likes to put the focus on journaling and telling stories in her pages and never thinks it’s a selfish thing to scrapbook about herself.
Marcia Fortunato
Marcia lives in northeast Ohio and is wife to Pat, mother to four grown sons, servant to a very large cat, and a soon-to-be grandmother. She earned a BS degree in mathematics and an MBA, worked as a research analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, and then quit her job to stay home and raise her boys.
Marcia began scrapbooking around 2004. Having recently “retired” from her job as a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, she now spends much of her time scrapbooking and honing her design and photography skills. She is a paper scrapper who uses mainly linear and grid-based designs but is not afraid to branch out into other designs as well. Marcia also enjoys photography, hiking, and travelling, especially to visit her sons, all of whom are currently in the Minneapolis, MN area.

Michelle is a happily married working Mom from Brooklyn, New York. She started scrapbooking in 2009, after the birth of her daughter Lola.
She is has been published in Scrapbook Trends, Scrap 365 and Die Scrapperin Magazines. Currently she designs for Scrap FX Australia, A Flair For Buttons and Inspiration Elevator. She can frequently be found riding her bike, shopping for paper, listening to NPR, eating pizza or running after her daughter in a museum dinosaur exhibit. Whatever the activity, there’s usually a camera involved.
Ashley Horton
Ashley lives in the South with her husband, two girls and little boy. She is a SAHM who also homeschools her children. Ashley started scrapbooking over six and half years ago, right after her oldest daughter was born. She loves scrapbooking her children and documenting the bigger milestones as well as the little moments in their lives.
Ashley has a whimsical style, but also enjoys dabbling in the other styles that are outside of her comfort zone every once in a while. Ashley serves on several design teams and has had layouts published in print and in online magazines. Aside from scrapbooking, she also enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and reading.

Michelle Houghton is a wife, mother and artist living in Iowa. Even before she began scrapbooking, she was a lifelong artist, majoring in Fine Arts at the University of Oregon and then teaching high school art for 7 years. Michelle has been scrapbooking for more than 15 years and she enjoys adding her own art, doodles and handmade elements to her pages for a one-of-a-kind look.
Michelle teaches doodling, Copics, handlettering and more in her classes at Creative Passion and at workshops throughout the midwest. She also writes tutorials for Get It Scrapped!
Kiki Kougioumtzi
Kiki lives in Athens, Greece and is a SAHM to a sugar & spice girl, a wife to an understanding and loving husband and a creative spirit from the day she first walked. In 2006 Kiki opened an issue of Scrapbook Answers Magazine and it was then that she knew she was hooked and she’s been scrapping ever since.
Kiki actually began as a digital scrapbooker because she found it difficult to find the products she wanted in her country. After a year or so of experimenting with Photoshop Elements/Photoshop, Kiki discovered the joy of online shopping and now she’s a paper and glue scrapper and she’s not looking back! Kiki enjoys finding inspiration wherever she can including photos, everyday life, her fellow scrapbooking bloggers–and lately Pinterest!
Photos and stories, color and design principles, pretty paper and painting mediums are Kiki’s happy place!
Tara McKernin
Tara is momma to two fantastic boys, ages 9 and 3 who constantly challenge and inspire her. She doesn’t quite get along with the heat of summer, she freezes in the cold Canadian winters and wishes that the beautiful fall weather would just last all year!
Tara is a lover of old things, a collector, and if she could cover every wall with photos top to bottom–she would. Tara is a semi-professional photographer but hopes that one day her photography will turn into a full time job. She loves being able to capture the emotion in a moment, to freeze it for all time for families to love and cherish.
Jana Morton
Jana lives in Minnesota with her husband and three children. She scrapbooked for many, many years using traditional paper but is now enjoying life in the digital world. Jana’s passion for scrapbooking went to an entirely different level once she had children and she loves seeing life through their eyes and capturing the beauty of childhood in her pages.
Jana is on the Creative Team at Designer Digitals. She was a spotlight artist in Somerset Digital Studios Spring 2011 issue and has also been published in Creating Keepsakes and Somerset Memories. Jana also teaches workshops on digital artistry at Creative Passion. In addition to scrapbooking, Jana enjoys spending time with her family, photography, playing golf, and running.

Adriana lives on a 20-acre farm in Virginia, where, along with her husband Johnny, they raise 4 kids (ages 13, 11, 8, and 5), grapes for their family’s winery, and a handful of chickens. By day Adriana is a Web developer and writer for her local library system; at night she loves to tell her family’s stories through paper and digi scrapbooking.
She’s been scrapbooking since her marriage 15 years ago, and she loves experimenting with different techniques and styles. While Adriana’s kids are a frequent focus of many of her layouts, she also strives to capture everyday moments as well. Amanda lives in Devon in the UK with her husband and 9 year old son, Lewis. She has an eclectic scrapbooking style–in which one day she will find herself creating a very minimal, graphic project and the next a textured project with layers of pretty papers and embellishments. One thing that is almost always present in her layouts is ample white space and, lately, she seems to have been bitten by the electronic die-cutting bug!
Doris Sander
Doris grew up just six miles from the ocean on the gulf coast of sunny Florida. After college her dormant gypsy blood surfaced and she began her wanderings; she has lived in Guatemala, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Honduras. Her vagabond ways were tempered when her little guy came along. They currently call Tennessee home where she stays quite busy keeping up with her son, teaching English as a Second Language, and scrapping, of course.
Doris has always enjoyed photos and the stories they tell and she loves that scrapbooking allows her to share her stories and thoughts with her son, family, friends, and future generations. Doris currently designs for Jenni Bowlin Studio and American Crafts and has been published in Scrapbook Trends, Creating Keepsakes, BHG Scrapbooks Etc., Memory Makers, and Cards.
Rosann Santos-Elliot
Rosann has been scrapbooking for 5 years and the hobby quickly became a very important part of her life. At first it started as a way for her to display the product of her lifelong hobby–Photography. Today, however, scrapbooking has become just as important to her and I has been inspired to become a better photographer as a result.
Rosann works full-time as a higher education administrator and she loves it. She is married to a great man and has a 5 year old son named Ethan, who is her primary muse. This past year Rosann made a concerted effort to be in front of the camera more and started her year-long project “Focus on Me” where she photographed and scrapbooked photos of herself monthly with only one rule: that it did not matter how she looked at the moment she remembered to take the photo.

Katie lives in sunny Florida with her husband, two children, and an aging yellow lab. Her and her husband are lawyers and together they’ve run a small law office for 15 years now. Katie has been creating all sorts of art since she could hold a pair of scissors but started scrapbooking in the modern sense in 2000. She finds she’s happiest when she can fit scrapbooking into her daily routine and is generally more concerned with the process and habit of scrapbooking than the end result.
In addition to scrapbooking, Katie enjoys improvisational comedy and Bikram yoga. She’s recently added art journaling to her many creative pursuits and her 8 year old daughter is joining her on the journey. She loves spending time with her family in their backyard, at theme parks, and when they’re lucky enough, on the ski slopes.

Though originally from Florida, Christy currently resides in Nassau, Bahamas with her husband, son and three striped island cats. She began scrapbooking in 2001. Since then, scrapbooking has become both an obsession and a creative outlet.
When she is not scrapbooking, you can find her spending time with her family, homeschooling her son or playing a video game. She is currently a JBS Mercantile Ambassador and part of the creative staff for Scrapbook News and Review Magazine.
Stefanie Semple
Stefanie is a stay-at-home-mom that lives in Cape Town, South Africa with her her husband of 24 years and their brood of three teens and four cats. She has been scrapbooking for 8 years, having made the transition to the dark digi side two years ago. Despite being a digital scrapbooker, Stefanie still teaches paper scrapbooking from her studio at home where she encourages others to tell stories in addition to creating pretty pages.
Stefanie hosted a journaling challenge blog for a few years but now uses blogging as a way to showcase her design team creations and share inspiration. She is on the ScrapMatters Creative Team as well as being a CT member for Design by Tina, Elise’s Pieces, Keepscrappin Designs and Memory Clips.
Celeste Smith
Celeste lives in Connecticut with her husband Terry, her two mischievous boys Adam (12) and Sam (9), and two funny kitties named Milo and Lucy. She works in the insurance industry by day and spends her evenings reading, watching junky television, and scrapbooking.
Formerly an ambassador for Simple Scrapbooks magazine, Celeste currently designs for write.click.scrapbook, Pixels & Co., Crystal Livesay, and Simple Scrapper. For years, Celeste was an 8.5×11 paper clean and simple scrapper, but she has embraced digital scrapbooking, 12×12, and a more layered look.
Audrey Tan
Audrey is from the United Kingdom. She is a mother to two boys. Previously a traditional scrapper since 2004, she switched to digital scrapbooking in December 2010 due to the lack of time she had to play with her stash. She started out by bringing her laptop about while waiting for her boys to finish their activities and soon became addicted to digital scrapbooking. Initially, she was creating her layouts using Pages but in March 2011, began learning Photoshop and the rest is history. She feels like every page presents a new chance to learn.
Audrey has since ventured into digital art journaling and hybrid card making and enjoys taking part in her creative journey.
Kristy T
Kristy is from Western Australia and loves all things paper. Kristy’s husband, daughter and two sons are happy to share the dining room table with lots of papers and inks.
Kristy took up scrapbooking 7 years ago after her daughter was born. Kristy likes bright and colourful, white and simple and vintage styles. She likes learning new things and trying out different techniques. In addition to scrapbooking Kristy likes to make cards and home decor items, particularly canvases. She also loves photography.
Deborah Wagner
Deborah lives in a small town in Minnesota with 3 lively teens and her husband of 25 years. She is very passionate (her kids would even say obsessed) with digital scrapbooking and spends most of her free time scrapping or learning about design, color, and artsy Photoshop techniques.
Deborah loves documenting her family’s lives, but also uses scrapbooking as an emotional outlet. As a result her pages often take on a life of their own!
Vicki Walters
Vicki lives in North Carolina with her husband, Stan, of 34 years and is patiently waiting until the day she can retire and spend more time on the coast taking pictures of lighthouses, fishing boats and the ocean. Vicki is the mother of four adult “children” and a grandmother of two. She works full time and most days has her grandchildren after school. But whenever she can sneak in some time you better believe she is digiscrapping.
She has been an avid digiscrapper for several years and loves the “artsy” style and art journaling. She has found that it is an excellent form of “therapy” and a wonderful stress reliever. Vickie is also a proud member of Anna Aspnes’ creative team.
