Has anyone ever been a product tester for a company? You get the product free but you have to write an "unbiased review" of the product on Amazon.

I would want to say that I got the product free for review. I don't know if that would be allowed.

I thought you had to say if you got the product for free when you reviewed it. A lot of reviews I see have that caveat on them (especially books).

Yes, that's what I plan to do.

Yes, I believe you have to disclose that. Some people do it right up front. Others leave it to the end, but it should be in there somewhere.

Somewhere I state "I received this product at a reduced rate in exchange for my honest review.)

So what are your favorite sites?

I like Snagshout and UberZonClub

UberZon works a little different, they post an email with limited quantity available so you need to be quick.

Yep, you have to disclose. Because FCC? I think that's the government agency in the US?

Have you done it? Get anything good?

I've never been a product tester.

Jenn-were you asked to be one?

I have received many great products! There are so many Amazon review/discount sites out there.

I ordered a kitchen gadget from Amazon and the company had a product tester announcement in the package that you could sign up for. I haven't been contacted yet to test anything.
